The Terms of Service outlined below govern your use of the platform's many products and services and also restrict users (AKA "they," "their," "colleague," and "member(s)") use of the software, tools, user interface, content, and/or assets provided to you. ResumeBiz.com (aka "RBIZ," "we," "us," "our," or "site") is owned by Resume to Referral, LLC, and managed by its Owners, Staff, Affiliates, and/or Partners. The use of content, assets, collateral, and/or other proprietary intellectual property (IP) is strictly prohibited without express authorization by its Owners.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. THEY GOVERN YOUR USE OF THIS SITE AND SERVICES, INCLUDING IMPORTANT PROVISIONS THAT AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS IF A DISPUTE ARISES BETWEEN US.
1. TERMS MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update, alter, and/or change these terms of service at our discretion and without notifying you of such. Your continued use of this site implies your acceptance of these terms in addition to any new additions or alterations made during or after your membership, enrollment, and/or participation.
2. SERVICE ACCESS & RIGHTS OF USE
The following are your responsibilities and mandatory expectations as a member, including account security, general practices, and site usage. Failing to comply with the following, we reserve the right to cancel your membership without refund. If you have questions pertaining to any of the below, contact us.
2.1 Access to the content, products, and services provided through RBIZ is for your personal and professional use and not to be shared with any colleagues, partners, vendors, and/or any other individuals for any reason.
2.2 Publication, reproduction, transmission, commercial exploitation, and/or sharing of articles and other assets on this site for personal and/or professional gain are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials contained on this site are covered under copyright law and, therefore, can result in criminal and civil action and liability.
2.3 Reverse engineering and/or deconstructing our designs, functions, and/or architecture (front or back-end assets) is strictly forbidden. Current assets, including any new releases, updates, or other additions to this site, are included in these terms.
2.4 You agree not to use any assets contained on this site to violate local, state, national, or international laws.
2.5 You agree not to use any automations in combination with your enrollment with the member portal, tools, or other assets included as part of our service.
3. MODIFICATION TO PRODUCTS, SERVICES, SOFTWARE & OTHER WARES (AKA "DELIVERABLES" and/or "ASSETS")
You agree not to hold RBIZ liable for the alteration, upgrade, discontinuance, customization, and/or expansion of any deliverables with and/or without notice. The collection of deliverables is provided to members as a courtesy and not a mandatory part of your membership.
4. MEMBER CONDUCT
Members are prohibited from harassing, threatening, intimidating, advertising, and/or soliciting other members using instant messaging (IM), phone calls, and/or postal/electronic mailings in the RBIZ portal or any public/private discussion groups managed by RBIZ. Members are prohibited from impersonating and/or falsely representing themselves, and/or violating any local, state, and/or federal laws while communicating or associated with RBIZ, its Owners, Staff, Affiliates, and/or Partners.
5. SECURITY & PASSWORD PROTECTION
5.1 Although we take privacy and security seriously, we can't guarantee that a bad actor, third-party individual, and/or organization won't gain access to your login details through illegal means, including brute force, credential stuffing, phishing, spoofing, email compromise, malware, and/or hybrid attacks. To strengthen password security, use strong, frequently changed passwords. Please notify us immediately should you suspect and/or detect unauthorized access to your account or the RBIZ portal.
5.2 Sharing your login username and password, whether publicly or privately, is strictly prohibited. Should suspicious activity be detected with your login credentials and/or within your account, your membership will be put on hold until the situation has been remedied, or when deemed necessary, your account will be suspended.
6. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
We may provide links to third-party tools, resources, or content. We have no control over the content and resources published and managed by these sites; therefore, any inclusion of external assets is intended as a suggestion, not a recommendation. Members are required to conduct their own due diligence before proceeding with any mention of product, service, or resource we provide.
7. REFUND POLICY & RECURRING PAYMENTS/SUBSCRIPTIONS
7.1 Each product and service comes with its own guarantee and refund policy, and supersedes the terms contained under section 7 of these terms.
7.2 By purchasing recurring products and services, you agree to automated prepayments for monthly and annual subscriptions using the payment method you provided when joining the RBIZ service. You may cancel your subscription BEFORE it renews. You may cancel AFTER the renewal date, or the payment has been processed; however, you may not be entitled to a partial or full refund upon cancellation. To cancel your subscription, you can do so by using our contact form or calling 9 3 7 - 3 2 5 - 2 1 4 9.
7.3 Any member suspected or proven to violate any part of these Terms of Use/Service will not be eligible for a partial/full refund of their purchase and forfeit their right to rejoin RBIZ.
8. GENERAL RELEASE & INDEMNITY
You agree that RBIZ services are provided "as is" and used at your sole risk. We make no guarantees or warranties for any product or service. You agree to release RBIZ and its Owners, Staff, Affiliates, and/or Partners of any liability, including damages, losses, and/or harm relating to membership services, user content, products, other RBIZ assets, or participatory activities in the member portal or RBIZ-managed social media platforms.
