Welcome To The LinkedIn Profile
Writing & Mastery Program (LPWMP)

Hey there, [memb_contact fields=”FirstName”]!

Welcome to the start of the multi-module LinkedIn Profile Writing & Mastery Program (LPWMP).

My name is Teena, and I’ll be your guide throughout this program. I’m excited that you’ve joined me for what’s going to be an in-depth look at how to enhance your LinkedIn profile writing and mastery skills.

If you follow us here at ResumeBIZ, you know we are huge fans of skills stacking and efficiency. And that’s why we create programs like these!!!

We want to help you stay “top of your game” when writing LinkedIn profiles for clients. When continuing your education about LinkedIn, you become a more significant asset to your clients. They benefit by working with you – and your bottom-line benefits too. Win-win.

Although LinkedIn has been around for many years, hiring a professional LinkedIn profile writer is somewhat new for many. This isn’t an anomaly. Rather, many professionals have avoided a professional resume writer throughout their entire careers (to their detriment IMHO), so avoiding a LinkedIn writer becomes expected.

When prospects “walk into the light,” they rarely ask, “How much for a resume and cover letter?” they now ask, “How much for a resume and LinkedIn profile?”

We couldn’t ignore LinkedIn, even if we wanted to.

Although LinkedIn was founded in 2002, the site didn’t experience eye-popping growth until around 2011, when the company went public. The network grew substantially between 2007 and 2013 (pre-and-post IPO), going from 10 million users in 2007 to 300 million users by 2013.

COVID-19 had little effect on LinkedIn’s overall earnings in 2020-2021. The company raked in an estimated $8 BILLION in 2020 (compared to their $243M in revenue from just 10 years prior) and more than $10 BILLION in 2021. [Source: BusinessofAPPS]

The key takeaway is that LinkedIn seems to be pandemic-proof – and quite possibly may be recession-proof too.

This stability presents an interesting opportunity for our writing businesses.

Google Trends shows that the search engine didn’t see its first searches for “LinkedIn Profile Writing Services” until December 2011.

But you don’t need us to tell you all that because chances are you’ve already seen the powers LinkedIn presents to your business.

That’s why you’re here.

You know that LinkedIn isn’t going anywhere.

And that leads us to the here and now.
