How long does it take to process my cancellation?
Cancellations are done promptly during normal business hours; however, give us extra time to process when your request is placed outside those hours or over a weekend/holiday.
CAUTION: You will lose access to RBIZ immediately upon submission of your cancellation request.
We do not have the means to cancel your membership exactly before your next renewal payment. This means you forfeit your ability to access the site and its resources, regardless of when you made your last payment.
If you don't wish this to happen, we recommend that you put a reminder in your calendar for 3-5 days prior to the upcoming renewal of your membership and contacting us then to initiate cancellation.
Do you issue refunds?

We recommend that you begin by leveraging the monthly coaching you get as part of your membership. You can use that coaching to get specific-to-you advice for improving your business, strengthening your resume writing skills, and so on.
